Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science to help support an individuals overall well-being and help balance body and mind. It is recognised as a complementary medicine and is relevant for anyone with chronic conditions, as well as those looking for support to enhance their health and well-being.

My consultations include education and support to achieve:

  • Improved energy levels
  • Healthy blood sugar balance
  • Emotional and psychological well-being
  • Gastrointestinal health
  • hormonal support
  • Women's health
  • Conception and fertility care
  • Tolerance testing

I started nutritional studies after experimenting with changes to my diet due to suffering with candida. This left me feeling fatigued with low mood. At the time I was also doing a lot of exercise and competing in equestrian eventing. Changing what I ate and how I fuelled my body, made a huge difference, not only physically but emotionally. It was then that I knew I wanted to explore nutrition further.

I am passionate about food and its capabilities within the body and enjoy helping individuals understand the benefits of applied nutrition. It is not just a tool for weight management, but has been shown to support the health of all the major systems of the body (skeletal, muscular, nervous, respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, excretory, endocrine, immune, reproductive and integumentary [skin, hair, nails]).
